X. THE ATTENDANCE, TARDINESS, DROPOUT AND LEAVES
Our goal here is to help each students complete the course. We do not put
too much emphasis on time, just content of material taught to the
student.
If a student can not attend we ask that they notify us so that we can
adjust their schedule or even allow a make up session.
However, if the student can not reschedule or make up a suitable
attendance plan that they can keep, we will consider that the student is in
drop out status when they have missed more than 3 classes without make
up. Five un-excused tardies over 30 minutes without notification to
reschedule, we may drop the student. You are allowed to make up any
approved leave of absence at the next session of the class without
penalty, if you give us a reasonable notice of the leave.

XI. REGISTRATION, TUITION FEES, AND REFUNDS

The institution refund policy for students who have completed 60 percent
or less of the course of instruction shall be a pro rata refund. The
institution shall: (1) Deduct a registration fee not to exceed $100.00 from
the tuition charge; (2) Divide this figure by the numbers of hours in the
program; (3) The quotient is the hourly charge for the program; (4) The
amount owed by the student for the purposes of calculation a refund is
derived by multiplying the total hours attended by the hourly charge for
instruction calculated in [3], plus the amount of the registration fee
specified in [1]; and (5) the refund shall be any amount in excess of the
figure derived from [4] that was paid by the student to the institution.

Example: 60 % completed (Refund based on 40% not completed)
Tuition fee: $1500.00
Less registration fee: 100.00 =$1400.00 (amount based on refund)
Program hours: 180 hrs/$1400.00 =$7.77 hourly program charge
Hours Attended: 60% of 180 hrs = 108 hrs
Hours attended x hourly charge:
$7.77 X 108 = $839.16 cost hrs
attended
Tuition less registration - cost hrs attended
$1400.00 - $839.16 =$560.84 REFUND
